MEET THE FOUNDER - ALX GUNN
Established in 2017, Alx Gunn Interiors is led by Alx Gunn, who works closely with homeowners and property developers across Sussex and Kent—including Brighton & Hove, Worthing, East Grinstead, Uckfield, and Lewes.
Known for her confident, practical, and creative approach, Alx brings both experience and instinct to every project.
After studying at art school in Southampton and earning a degree in Graphic Art from Anglia Ruskin University, Alx spent nearly two decades working in London’s Moving Image and Design industry. Her roles spanned marketing, PR, production, and creative direction for film, television, and digital media.
Following a move to East Sussex in 2008, Alx began remodelling residential properties—sparking a growing interest in the impact of presentation on how homes are experienced and sold. She quickly recognised that poorly presented, empty homes tended to linger on the market and attract lower offers. By staging properties to pre-empt buyer objections and eliminate price negotiations, Alx helped clients sell faster and often above asking price. At the time, she was one of just a few home staging professionals working in the UK.
Today, Alx Gunn Interiors is known for delivering stylish, thoughtful spaces—whether through home staging, interior design, or full turnkey renovations. Alx’s hands-on, collaborative approach has earned her a strong reputation, happy clients, and consistent five-star reviews.
