In response to the advice set out by the British Government & Public Health England, in relation to physical distancing and non-essential contact, we have temporarily adapted our services during these unprecedented times and would like to wish you, and those close to you, well during this unsettling period.

As well as incorporating new physical distancing and extra health safeguarding measures, we are aware that many of our clients are now juggling new home & work commitments. In response, we aim to be as time flexible as possible, so until further notice, we are open for business 7 days a week - 9am to 5pm

Physical Distancing

All Occupied and Vacant Interior Design Projects will follow strict government guidelines regarding physical distancing measures, so it is requested that all clients, agents, trades & photographers wear protective face masks at all time while on site and abide by the 2m safe distancing guidelines.


Full Disclosure - Client

Alx Gunn Interiors requests full disclosure from clients, homeowners & agents regarding symptoms or people showing symptoms they have been in contact with, that have entered the property within 72 hours of the site visit by Alx Gunn Interiors and its representatives.

Full Disclosure - agi

Alx Gunn Interiors requests full disclosure from its staff regarding family members showing symptoms or have been in contact with someone showing Covid-19 symptoms.

Package 1: Occupied DIY Staging Plans

Face masks must be worn at all times, rooms fully ventilated and physical distancing measures adhered to. DIY staging plans can also be created remotely using supplied video and photos.

Package 3: Vacant & Show Home Staging

Vacant properties can still be staged as normal, with an enhanced cleaning protocol.

HOME STAGING - COVID-19 Enhanced Cleaning Protocol

Disinfecting

agi will disinfect all surfaces and touch points (door handles, lockbox, counter tops, taps etc.) before and after a stage or de-stage.

72 Hour Holding Period

agi's inventory of furniture and furnishings will undergo a minimum 72 hour holding period before going back on the shelves, or going into another property.


Full Disclosure - Client

Requesting full disclosure from clients and homeowners regarding symptoms or people showing symptoms they have been in contact with, or that have entered the property within 72 hours.
